Made to Order — Production Time

Every TRILLY CLUB piece is printed and made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing high order volume, production may take a few days longer — we will contact you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

USA: FREE standard shipping on orders $50+ (applied automatically at checkout); otherwise calculated at checkout. Transit typically 5–10 business days after production.
International: calculated at checkout; transit typically 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates, begin from the date of shipment (not the order date), and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in your order total. Customs policies vary by country; check with your local customs office before ordering. International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address on the order. On request, we will confirm the delivery address, date, and carrier.
